Each day that you go without smoking will make it a little bit easier.

Cravings for cigarettes will be with you for a while, but they will happen less often as time goes on, and you will get more used to dealing with them.

Don't get disheartened if the cravings carry on for ages: you will be able to beat them in the end.

Think back on how long it took you to get to be smoking regularly - you'll have to work even harder to give up than you did when getting used to smoking, but it will be worth it!
