By making it harder for yourself to slip back into smoking you will
increase your chances of success. |

Some
of the cravings you get will probably be very powerful. The difference
between the few seconds it takes to get the fags out of the draw and the
few minutes it would take to go and buy some could be the difference between
staying off and relapse. It can be very tempting to test yourself by going back to smoking situations but it will be hard enough to stay off - and there will be enough difficult situations - without creating extra opportunites to relapse. |
